Anybody can claim to do the job right the first time.  Here at Gem Builders, we prove it with a quality job done the right way,
the first time, every time.  We believe in our products and services so much that we are doubling the warranty used by
most builders.

The standard builder warranty just says that the contractor will warranty the job for one year after completion, for all
material and labor, with all materials subject to the manufacturer's warranty if applicable.

Now here's what you're getting with us:


THE GEM BUILDERS MORE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK 2-YEAR WARRANTY.

We are so confident in the quality of our workmanship and all materials used on our jobs that we will DOUBLE
the standard one-year builder warranty on ALL THIRD-FLOOR AND BASEMENT FINISH-OUTS AND
ADDITIONS COMPLETED AFTER MARCH 25TH, 2007.

There are some exceptions: lighting fixtures carry their own warranty, but if they need replacing, we will do the
labor on removal and replacement for up to 2 years; because of moisture content, lumber used in decks,
outdoors, or on concrete products is required to be pressure-treated, so it's warranted for one year but may
carry additional manufacturer's warranties.  The More Bang for Your Buck warranty applies to turnkey projects
only where Gem Builders does or is responsible for getting all the work done.

THE MORE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES TO GEM BUILDERS' WORK, AND
ITS SUBCONTRACTORS OR
EMPLOYEES.  GEM BUILDERS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
CONTRACTORS' WORK BEYOND GEM BUILDERS' CONTROL, OR FOR WORK PERFORMED BY
PREVIOUS
CONTRACTORS.


GEM BUILDER’S WILL WARRANTY JOB FOR TWO YEARS AFTER COMPLETION.  ALL
MATERIAL’S SUBJECT TO
MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY IF APPLICABLE.  ALL MATERIALS CONTRACTORS
CHOICE UNLESS SPECIFIED DIFFERENT.
